Arcade encoder board based on the GP2040-CE project

- Less than 1ms input latency in all modes
- SOCD cleaning modes - Neutral, high priority and last input priority
- Emulation of left and right analog sticks via D-pad inputs

Connections:
- 20 screw terminal blocks for wiring your buttons
- 20 2.54 mm pins for a standard Brook cable harness which is also distributed over the screw terminals
- 4 JST 2.00 mm pins allowing access to A2, L3 and R3 with use of standard Brook harness
- 4 pin 2.00mm JST for use with compatible OLED display or I2C add-ons
- 4 pin 2.54mm toggle switches for LS/DP use /RS or SOCD
- 3 pins JST 2.00 mm for addressable RGB LEDs type WS2812B
- 2 pins JST 2.00 mm for additional devices requiring 5 V power (make sure the power consumption is not too high)
- 6 JST 2 additional 2.00mm pins to assign additional features or combinations to
