I do my best to provide products tested and in perfect condition, however, it may happen that there is a problem on your card, do not panic, I personally take care of the after-sales service.

Return of defective products

When you encounter a problem with one of our products, the following procedure must be followed :

Contact our after sales service by email at shop@arnoz.com.

Once the product return request has been validated by our services, you must print and fill out the after-sales service return form that will be sent to you.

This form must imperatively be completed and attached with the shipment of the product (any return without this form can not be processed!)

For your file to be complete please send by email the photos of the product still welded and assembled by recalling the associated order number.

Incomplete applications can not be processed.

The processing time of a after sales service is estimated at around 3 weeks.
