RIG-MASTER user manual
Here you are with your RIG MASTER in your fingers, here’s how to configure and install it.
Here are the first recommendations before you start:
You should never interconnect the GND KLs with the GND TOYS, otherwise you will remove the optoelectronic protection from the card, and you will endanger your PC.
Each output accepts 5 Amps maximum, 48 Volts maximum.
The card cannot manage an intensity greater than 40 Amps simultaneously.
Please use suitable fuses.
All GND KL sockets are on the same potential, plugging into one is equivalent to plugging into the other …
To configue PINSCAPE CONFIG TOOL, simply choose RIGMATER in configuration
If you have MOLLUSK or MASTER OF MOSFETS, put number in « Number of mollusk boards »
1 MOLLUSK = 1 MASTER OF MOSFETS
If you have a POTAR, choose POTENTIOMETER in Plunger sensor setup
Then if you have BRAIN or CALIBRE board, check the 2 cases in Plunger Calibration Button

CONTROL PART WIRING DIAGRAM
Plug in the sockets by matching the names, it’s no more complicated.
For the buttons, one side of the button is wired to the corresponding socket, the second side to GND KL, you can chain the GND KLs.
POWER WIRING
Please connect + 12V of your TOYS power supply to the ALIM TOYS + 12V socket.
Please connect AS MANY SOCKETS AS REQUIRED on the GND TOYS, on the ALIM TOYS and GND TOYS socket.
The power of all the toys will go through the GND TOYS cables, so be sure to size them correctly!
Each GND TOYS socket can receive 20 Amps, if all of your toys consume more than 20 Amps, be sure to wire AT LEAST one GND TOYS to the ALIM TOY socket AND the GND TOYS socket
You can use toys of different voltages on the same board, take inspiration from the diagram below
CAUTION, remember to connect the GND of your TOYS power supplies!
For each output, use a 5 * 20 fuse suitable for the toys plugged into it, NEVER exceeding 5 amps.
A DIGITAL output is a 1/0 output, All or nothing, it turns on or off….
A PWM output is variable, the voltage comes out gradually.
ALWAYS add a freewheeling diode on induction inducing toys !!!
(Contactor, solenoid, motor, rotating beacon, shaker, knocker …… ..)
Always check your wiring and your terminal tightenings 3 times !!!
Use cables of different colors to better identify you
Make a CLEAN wiring, visually, it avoids interference and it’s easier to troubleshoot.
DRIVING 5V TOYS
If you drive 5V toys, you need a 1N4007 Diode in serial between RIGMASTER & TOY, Ring on RIGMASTER side (Negative SIDE)
TEST LED
Each output has a corresponding test LED, placed UPSTREAM of the fuse (the LED works even if the fuse is dead)
If the output is active, the LED lights up, if it is inactive it is off.
PWM outputs 9 to 16 allow dimming of the LED glow according to the output intensity.
