To choose the correct size of a fuse you need to know the maximum intensity consumed by the toys and choose the fuse value a little above (between 10 and 20%).
To know the intensity running through a toy, either measure it with a multimeter, or refer to the documentation of the toy.
If we have a consumption in watts, we use the formula P = U * I (P is the consumption in watts, U the voltage in volts and I the intensity in amperes)
