What is a Pinmos?

The Pinmos is a small shield that allows you to properly plug a WEMOS into a pincab in order to manage the addressable LEDs.

It is equipped with 6 micro-switches will allow you to choose to activate the 220 Ohm resistor on the LED line if you need it, or not.
Some LED strips need to have a 220 ohm resistor in series on the signal to work, others don’t, it’s up to you to try depending on your configuration.
When the micro switch is ON (screen printing of the card), the resistance is activated.
When the micro switch is OFF (screen printing of the card), the resistance is deactivated.

6 small sockets to connect the signal lines, a small double socket to connect the masses.

Each terminal block corresponds to the silkscreened signal line.

sortie 1/D5
sortie 2/D6
sortie 3/D7
sortie 4/D8
sortie 5/D1
sortie 6/D4
sortie 7/D2
sortie 8/D3

The small GND terminals are used to connect the Pinmos to its Voltboard

The Wemos must have the pins welded down!

The WEMOS is clipped onto the board using Dupont connectors.

This is how the Pinmos should be cabled with its Voltboards

This is an example, use the outputs in order, if you only have sides for example, connect them to D5 and D6 !!!! This is an EXAMPLE !!!!

CAREFULL Contrary to the schem, you do not have to connect +5V on Pinmos…
DO NOT CONNECT IT !!!
