Les commandes s&rsquo;effectuent par la borne n\u00e9gative du toys, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 positif de ce dernier sera reli\u00e9 \u00e0 la borne positive de l&rsquo;alimentation d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux toys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On viendra brancher les 16 entr\u00e9es sur les 16 sorties disponible d&rsquo;une MOLLUSK (du cable AWG28 suffit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faudra alimenter la carte en 12V depuis une alimentation TOYS, et relier les GND de toutes vos alimentations Toys . La premi\u00e8re cause d&rsquo;erreur reste l&rsquo;humain&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutes les tensions donn\u00e9es dans ce document sont en courant continu DC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici le sch\u00e9ma de c\u00e2blage de base :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"595\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT_cablage.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-837\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT_cablage.jpg 595w, https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT_cablage-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT_cablage-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 595px) 100vw, 595px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"595\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-838\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT.jpg 595w, https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 595px) 100vw, 595px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; FROM MOLLUSK (Entr\u00e9es)<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reliez chaque entr\u00e9es vers la Sortie de la Carte MOLLUSK que vous voulez utiliser (C\u00e2ble AWG28 conseill\u00e9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ALIM TOYS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veuillez simplement relier le +12V et le GND \u00e0 votre alimentation 12V Toys.<br>Le c\u00e2ble GND devra pouvoir encaisser 16 Amp\u00e8res (AWG18)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Attention !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ne jamais connecter ici de +12v ou de GND qui viendrais de la KL25Z ou de l&rsquo;alimentation du PC du pincab, cela aurait pour effet d&rsquo;annuler la protection opto\u00e9lectronique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le cable qui va alimenter les bornes GND va supporter l&rsquo;ensemble des intensit\u00e9 des Toys (c&rsquo;est par la que passe le courant de TOUT les toys)<br>Veillez \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit de section suffisante pour encaisser 16 amp\u00e8res en simultan\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; SORTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous disposez de 6 prises de sortie.<br>Les 5 premi\u00e8re nomm\u00e9es LED1 LED2 LED3 LED4 et LED5 comportent chacune 4 branchement. 1 +12V qui ira au +12V de votre toy si ce dernier s&rsquo;alimente en 12V, si le toys \u00e0 une tension d&rsquo;alimentation diff\u00e9rente, il ne faudra pas c\u00e2bler le +12V de la sortie, et brancher le cot\u00e9 positif du toy \u00e0 la borne positive de son alimentation.<br>Les 3 autres branchements se nomment R G et B, ils se brancheront soit aux bornes negatives Red Green et Blue de votre flash, ou \u00e0 la borne n\u00e9gative de votre Toys \u00e0 controller.<br>La derni\u00e8re prise 16 \u00e0 quand \u00e0 elle 2 bornes, une GND \u00e0 relier au GND du toy \u00e7 piloter, et si ce toy est en 12V vous pouvez brancher sa borne positive au +12V. Si sa tension d&rsquo;alimentation est diff\u00e9rente, vous brancherez le cot\u00e9 positif du toys \u00e0 la borne positive de son alimentation et ne c\u00e2blerez rien sur le +12 de la sortie 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les portes fusibles des LED de 1 \u00e0 5 recevront un fusible 3 amp\u00e8res (fourni) et le porte fusible de la sortie 16 STROBE recevra quand \u00e0 elle un fusible 1 amp\u00e8re (fourni)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La carte \u00e9tant donn\u00e9e pour 1 amp\u00e8res par sortie, ne jamais mette de fusible sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 3 amp\u00e8res dans les 5 premiers portes fusible et 1 amp\u00e8re dans le dernier&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reliez les bornes GND de vos alimentations Toys (seulement celles des toys, ne pas relier avec le GND de la KL25Z ou du PC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensez bien \u00e0 mettre un fusible adapt\u00e9 sur chaque porte fusible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un fusible non adapt\u00e9, c&rsquo;est comme si on ne mettait aucune protection, trop petit il claquera tout de suite, trop gros il ne claquera jamais et donc ne sert \u00e0 rien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour choisir le fusible appropri\u00e9, il faut conna\u00eetre la consommation du toy en amp\u00e8re, soit en se documentant, soit en la mesurant, puis mettre un fusible un poil au-dessus de la conso du toy. Si mon toys consomme 1,2 amp\u00e8res, je mets un fusible 1,5 amp\u00e8res MAX<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DANS TOUT LES CAS, aucun fusible ne devra \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 3 amp\u00e8res&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici un sch\u00e9ma expliquant comment c\u00e2bler une MOS&rsquo;LIGHT \u00e0 une MOLLUSK et a 5 FLASH et des DTG<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"595\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT_cablage.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-837\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT_cablage.jpg 595w, https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT_cablage-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/MOSLIGHT_cablage-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 595px) 100vw, 595px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous avez 17 LED sur la carte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La power LED s&rsquo;illuminera quand vous alimenterez votre carte avec le 12V.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les 16 LED de test s&rsquo;allumeront graduellement selon l&rsquo;utilisation de chaque sorties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La LED est situ\u00e9e avant le porte fusible, donc m\u00eame sans fusible elle brillera, c&rsquo;est pratique pour configurer et tester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UTILISATION DE TOYS 5V<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous pilotez des toys 5V ET des toys 12V en m\u00eame temps, vous devez mettre une Diode type 1N4007 en s\u00e9rie entre la MOSLIGHT et le Toys, avec la bague du cot\u00e9 de la carte (cot\u00e9 n\u00e9gatif).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"481\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/doc-rig-3-481x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1057\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/doc-rig-3-481x1024.png 481w, https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/doc-rig-3-141x300.png 141w, https:\/\/shop.arnoz.com\/laboratoire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/doc-rig-3.png 483w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 481px) 100vw, 481px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous pilotez UNIQUEMENT des toys 5V, vous pouvez connecter le +5V de votre alimentation TOYS sur la prise +12V de la MOSLIGHT, en reliant bien le GND \u00e0 celui de la 12V, et en alimentant toujours la MOLLUSK en 12V, ainsi vous pourrez r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le 5V sur les prises de sortie (comme dans le sch\u00e9ma, c&rsquo;est plus simple en image \ud83d\ude42 ).
